Complaint, request, suggestion or praise

If you have already submitted your request to the company’s primary service channels and would like to file a complaint, request, suggestion or compliment to the Ombudsman's Office, fill out one of the forms below.

Click here to know more about how your personal data will be handled while your request is processed

Personal Data (information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person) and Sensitive Personal Data (racial or ethnic origin, religious conviction, political opinion, membership in a trade union or organization of a religious, philosophical ––or political nature, data relating to health or sex life, genetic or biometric data) eventually collected on your request will be used solely for the handling of the reported facts, not being intended for other purposes.

It is important to inform only the Personal Data and/or the Sensitive Personal Data essential to the handling of the reported request. Pay attention to the mandatory fields such as full name, e-mail and CPF (SSN), as well as the free-form data entry fields for presenting the claim: Message and Attachment(s). Do not forget to clearly describe the situation that you want to be analyzed by the Ombudsman.

In the form, there is a request for authorization to process personal data with the areas responsible for the object of the request in an identified way (informing authorship, that is, your name) with Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data contained in the form (including message and attachments). It is possible that a potential denial to provide these data will make it impossible to continue the handling, as, for example, in a claim requesting reanalysis of paycheck values after processing in the first-level service channels. In this case, the Ombudsman will contact you to clarify the need for identified handling and/or confirm closure of the record due to lack of authorization.

We emphasize that by clicking on the “Send” button, your request will be automatically directed to the Ombudsman, who will have access to all the data entered in the form. Our team will analyze the claim, verifying if it corresponds to a complaint, request, suggestion, or compliment, and if it contains the necessary information for its adequate understanding and handling. If so, your demand will be forwarded to the Petrobras areas responsible for the object in question. We remind you that these areas may also use Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data that they already have about you, in addition to the information presented in your request.

Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data collected during the processing of your claim will be stored for as long as necessary for the purpose of complying with any legal, contractual, accountability obligations, or request from competent authorities. Afterwards, they will be stored as defined in internal regulations.

Petrobras, as recommended by the Brazilian General Data Protection Act - LGPD, may be required to share the information contained in the requests, including Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data, as it is subject to control by supervisory bodies, such as TCU and CGU, also for complying with the Law on Access to Information - LAI and the needs arising from legal procedures. In these situations, whenever possible, mechanisms for anonymization and pseudonymization of these data will be adopted, aiming to preserve as much as possible the privacy of the data subjects involved in the handling of the request.
