Our health, safety and environment activities are oriented by a policy that includes principles and guidelines that conduct and support the decision-making process and the behavior of our entire workforce.

  • 1 - LEADERSHIP AND ACCOUNTABILITY

    Integrate health, safety and environment to the company's strategy, reaffirming the workforce's commitment to the HSE Policy and ensuring the resources necessary for the pursuit of excellence in HSE.

  • 2 - REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

    Maintain throughout the life cycle of the company's activities its compliance with current regulatory legislation on health, safety and environment.

  • 3 - RISK EVALUATION AND MANAGEMENT

    Identify, evaluate and manage the risks inherent to the company's activities, in order to avoid the occurrence of accidents and/or ensure the minimization of its effects.

  • 4 - INVESTMENTS AND DISINVESTMENTS

    Seek the best health, safety and environment practices in investments and disinvestments.

  • 5 - OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE

    Perform the company's operations according to established procedures using facilities and equipment in a position to ensure compliance with health, safety and environment requirements.

  • 6 - MANAGEMENT OF CHANGE

    Manage changes, temporary or permanent, aiming at mitigating health, safety and environment risks arising from its implementation.

  • 7 - ACQUISITION OF GOODS AND SERVICES

    Adopt appropriate HSE requirements in the goods and services contracts and foster the proactive work of your workforce with partners and supply chain members to ensure that they are aligned with our values, ambitions, goals, commitments and performance of HSE and climate change.

  • 8 - CONTINUOUS LEARNING

    Promote the training, education and awareness of its employees in a continuous way, providing a systemic and integrated view of technical aspects and human factors, strengthening organizational learning, performance and culture of HSE.

  • 9 - INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

    Ensure that information related to health, safety and environment is intact and available, which allows to expedite decision making from reliable analytical data and generate knowledge and value for the company.

  • 10 - COMMUNICATION

    Communicate information related to health, safety and environment with clarity, precision and diligence, in order to attend the different stakeholders.

  • 11 - CONTINGENCY

    Predict and face emergency situations quickly and effectively aiming at the maximum reduction of their effects.

  • 12 - COMMUNITY RELATIONS

    Mitigate risks and impacts of health, safety and environment for neighboring communities, in the territories where it operates, keeping them engaged and informed about the company's activities.

  • 13 - ACCIDENTS AND INCIDENTS ANALYSIS

    Analyze, investigate and document the accidents and incidents resulting from the company's activities, in order to privilege learning with experience, improving preventive and mitigating safeguards, aiming to make the company increasingly resilient.

  • 14 - PRODUCT STEWARDSHIP

    Manage risks and reduce the health, safety and environment impacts of our products in production, marketing and use considering their life cycle.

  • 15 - ASSESSEMENT AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

    Implement and maintain mechanisms for measuring, evaluating and improving performance in health, safety and environment throughout the company, in order to ensure its continuous improvement.
