Stakeholders

We undertake activities with great capillarity that put us in daily contact with a wide variety of audiences. In order to gain a better understanding of their opinions, expectations, perceptions, and of their specific needs, we rate different stakeholders. Based on this mapping, we promote continuous communication and relationship practices with each of the audiences.

“Stakeholders” are groups of individuals and/or organizations with common issues and/or needs of a social, political, economic, environmental, or cultural nature that establish or may come to establish relationships with Petrobras and can influence - or be influenced by - the company’s activities, business and/or reputation. Based on this mapping, we promote continuous communication and relationship practices for each of the audiences.

At Petrobras, we have 13 stakeholders:

We conduct various types of surveys and monitoring actions among these audiences and with a few segments. We also maintain relationship channels and practices for communication and engagement, such as websites, newspapers, magazines and visitation programs. In order to improve and broaden our initiatives, we are in constant dialog with these groups.
